Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 2008. Following that she launched into her career working with children and families, starting in day care settings providing care to children infant to school aged. She obtained her Master of Social work in 2016 from Arizona State University while working for the Department of Child Safety (DCS). During her time with DCS she spent time in in various areas working with those engaged in the Child Welfare System. In 2017, she relocated to Washington where she began providing direct therapy services to our community. She spent 8 years working with a local non-profit providing individual, group, and family therapy to those in need. Carolyn spent the last 4 years in management roles for the behavioral health team while providing therapy to her clientele. Carolyn is certified with Parent Child International as a PCIT therapist providing hands on coaching to families with children ages 2-6 with significant behavior needs and relationship strains.

Carolyn enjoys engaging caregivers in treatment when able to facilitate not only individual progress but environmental wellness of the family as a whole.
